What is your capacity?

We allow events up to 200 guests

Can you bring your own vendors?

Yes, you're free to select your own vendors, including catering, bartending, DJ, rentals, etc.

What's included in the venue rental?

A full-day rental that includes tables and chairs, setup and take down, and an on-site manager for the day of the wedding. 

What type of tables & chairs do you have?

We have standard, 72" round tables as well as standard cocktail tables that can be configured high or low. We also have two different styles of chairs: 200 wooden, curved back and rattan. We also have 50 white vintage bistro chairs. 

Do you offer overnight accomodations?

Yes, we have overnight accommodations on site in our 5-bedroom, single-story home. We offer a discount if booked in conjunction with an event.

Do you have food & drink minimum?

No, we do not have food or drink minimums.

What time do events need to end?

Midnight, with some flexibility.

Where are you located?

We are located in Byron, CA near Byron Airport. We are close to Tracy, Discovery Bay & Brentwood. Our property is centrally located between the Bay Area and the Central Valley.

Do you offer planning/coordination services?

Yes, we offer both services for an additional cost.
